state-of-the-art United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected
facility that provides custom deboning and further processing services for the
poultry industry. The plant is approximately 30,000 sq. ft. with ample
refrigerated storage. The processing area is maintained at temperatures at or
below 50 degrees year round.
Diamond has processed an average weekly volume of 600,000 pounds.
